Zoho Forms Loan Application Creation

I'm in need of a seasoned Zoho expert who can create a loan application form for me using Zoho Forms. The form should include conditional logic to guide users based on their responses, and pre-fill automation to streamline the process. In addition, the form should have a Document Upload feature to allow applicants to submit necessary paperwork.
