Zoho Form to Creator App & Integration
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I would like each page from this form moved to creator. we can use our existing apps or create a new registration app. You will need to review the current apps to give recommendation on which path to choose.

Zoho Form
1. Each Camper Page in the form should be a single line entry in the database.
2. The Final Page will have Parent information and should be included in each line of #1 above
3. Form/Field/Page/formula rules should be copied over to the app.
Zoho Creator
1. Employees should be able to edit entries with easy gui lookup of camper or parent
b. Integrate with Books, CRM
c. Lookup waivers on file from creator waiver app (already created)
d. Front-End for staff
i. Edit Registration
ii. Assign Groups
iii. Check-In through our creator reservation app (already created)
1. New “type” will need to be created
iv. Quick Communication e-mails through zoho crm
e. Communications
i. Categorize based on camps attended for future quick communication
This is an hourly gig. Clear communication is essential and PROOF OF WORK. We need a full time staff for this and future projects. This must be a priority.
