Zoho FSM Integration & Portal
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m rolling out a customer-first upgrade for my field-service business and need an experienced Zoho specialist who can tie everything together and give the front-end a modern, Uber-style feel.
Project Scope
1. Zoho Stack Integration
• Connect Zoho Facility Management to Zoho CRM and Zoho Books so customer data, job schedules, and full service history stay perfectly in sync.
• Map the data flow with Zoho Flow or equivalent to keep invoices and inventory in Zoho Books up to date the moment a job is completed.
2. Live-Map Customer Portal
• Build a web portal where customers can log in and see real-time technician tracking, current service-request status, and an accurate ETA on a live map.
• Use the same portal to show dynamic, distance-based pricing with a fare estimate before the booking is confirmed—think Uber, but for home repairs.
3. Website Redesign
• Refresh https://www.quickfix.ltd/ to host the new portal, align the branding, and improve mobile performance.
• Embed an AI-powered chat assistant for 24/7 customer support and automated booking.
Deliverables & Acceptance
• Fully configured Zoho FSM, CRM, and Books with tested data sync.
• Responsive customer portal linked from the website, showing live map, ETA, and real-time pricing as described.
• Redesigned website deployed to production with AI chat live.
• Handover documents and a short walkthrough video so my team can manage day-to-day operations.
If you’ve tackled similar Zoho or on-demand pricing projects, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
