Zoho FSM & Books Integration
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I’m rolling out Zoho FSM and need the entire environment configured so my field team can work from day one. The immediate focus is on three areas: inventory management, real-time WhatsApp messaging, and a rock-solid invoicing bridge to Zoho Books. When a technician closes a work order, I want the invoice and all related contact details to appear in Books automatically, with stock levels adjusted at the same time.
All of our current customers, items, and open jobs live in another database. I’ll provide either an export or direct access; your job is to map and import that data into the correct Zoho modules without creating duplicates or breaking existing relationships.
Deliverables
• Complete Zoho FSM setup with inventory, services, territories, AMC, breakdown, and custom workflows, mobile app.
• WhatsApp integrated (via native add-on or approved API solution) and tested for both technician and customer notifications.
• Bi-directional sync to Zoho Books for contacts, invoices, payments etc.
• One-time data migration from the legacy database, followed by a reconciliation report to confirm accuracy.
• Handover documentation and a brief recorded walkthrough so my team can maintain the system.

15 long test run, dry and then wet to iron out any issues.
