Zoho–Excel Customer Data Sync

Each week I pull fresh customer records from Zoho Sheets and need them mirrored in an Excel workbook that the rest of my team relies on. Alongside the sync, new entries arrive as typed pages or e-book style PDFs that must be transcribed accurately into both files. Once everything is in place, I like to see a short snapshot of key metrics so I can spot duplicates, gaps or sudden changes.

Here’s how the work flows:

• Data entry & typing – transcribe any new customer information, double-check spelling, preserve the original field order.
• Data synchronization – update Zoho Sheets and the matching Excel workbook in exactly the same structure, mapping every column one-to-one. If you can script or semi-automate the transfer, great; otherwise provide a clear repeatable method.
• Data analysis – after sync, produce a concise weekly summary (row counts, new vs. updated contacts, flagged issues).

Acceptance criteria
• No data loss or truncated fields.
• All Zoho columns reflected in Excel and vice-versa.
• Summary delivered as a short tab or separate sheet, time-stamped.

I’ll supply current files and format guides on award; you return an updated Zoho Sheet, the synced Excel file, and the one-page summary by the same day each week.
