Zoho Email Setup & DNS Merge
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to bring every message that reaches our airport-transportation / black-car service into Zoho Mail so my team can work from one shared space and never miss a booking inquiry again. We currently receive mail through three addresses on three separate DNS hosts plus a Gmail account tied to two extra marketing domains. Rather than dragging old threads across, we will start fresh in Zoho; the priority is configuring shared mailboxes, user seats, and clean DNS.
Here’s what I need done:
• Create one Zoho organization with five user accounts and a shared inbox that routes messages from all three company addresses.
• Apply a unique HTML signature for each staff member.
• Point all domains to a single DNS provider of your choice (I’m flexible—Cloudflare or similar) and update the necessary MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records so Zoho Mail passes every check.
• Verify that sending and receiving work flawlessly from web, mobile, and any desktop client we decide to add.
• Show me and the team how to use Zoho’s shared mailbox functions—assign, comment, and close conversations—so we can handle ride requests in real time.
No historical mail migration is required; we are starting with a clean slate. If you have deep experience with Zoho Mail, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and domain consolidation, I’m ready to get this moving right away.
