Title: Build Franchisee Onboarding Portal in Zoho

We are seeking an experienced Zoho developer to build a secure franchisee onboarding and training portal.

The portal will guide prospects through a staged process:

Secure login for each franchisee prospect

Welcome video and staged content release (drip functionality)

Confidentiality agreement via Zoho Sign

Prospectus and documents unlocked once signed

Note-taking area shared with host (for meeting prep)

Meeting stage followed by summary video

Invoice issued and integrated with Zoho Invoice/Books

Disclosure document and draft franchise agreement released after payment

Ability to propose/amend terms before final signing

Post-signing welcome video and onboarding sequence

Training preparation modules and ongoing operational training via Zoho Learn

Requirements:

Strong experience with the Zoho One suite (Zoho Learn, Sign, Invoice/Books, Flow/Creator).

Proven work creating custom portals, onboarding systems, or LMS setups.

Ability to design automation workflows to release documents/content step by step.
