Zoho Desk setup

I need someone who can setup Zoho Desk for me
1. Will be based in department

A) someone send an email
A1.) ticket created
A2) client will get a replay that ticket has been created
B) manually select who will be in charge
B2) client will receive an email with who will be able to assist him
C) start assisting
D) ticket closed
D1) client will get an email ticket been closed and can submit a good/bad service

2. Reports based on performance, deprtment, etc. (6 reports)

Adding contacts, auto assign contact to department etc.
