Zoho CRM & socials Integration -- 2

I need my Zoho environment tightened up so that Zoho CRM and Zoho socials talk to each other smoothly and reflect the exact way the business runs.

For Zoho CRM the priority is tailoring modules, fields, page layouts and workflows, then wiring the system into the other tools already in use. The goal is to end up with clean automation (no duplicates or manual re-keying) and reporting I can trust.
