Zoho CRM Website & WhatsApp Integration

I need a streamlined system where every lead captured on a brand-new, mobile-friendly website flows straight into Zoho CRM and can then be nurtured through marketing broadcasts on WhatsApp Business.

Here is the full scope of what I’d like done:

• Build a custom website focused on lead-generation forms. Each form must push data instantly to my Zoho CRM, creating or updating the right contact and deal records.
• Configure Zoho CRM so new leads are tagged, funnelled into the correct pipeline stage, and scheduled for follow-up tasks automatically.
• Set up the official WhatsApp Business API and link it to Zoho in a way that lets me send templated marketing and promotional messages to segmented CRM lists without manual exports. Message status (sent, delivered, read) should flow back into Zoho for reporting.
• Ensure compliance with WhatsApp policy, obtain template approvals, and document the full setup so I can maintain it after hand-over.
• Provide a brief walk-through (recorded or live) so my team understands day-to-day usage.
