We are a small prefab construction company. That would like to be scalable as business grows. Right now I am an owner\operator
To create a central application to:
Marketing:
Monitor Marketing Expenses and Analytics
Track Google Ad Words
FB Meta
Email Mass List
Sales:
Track Customer leads to fruition or failure.
Interface with Accounting Systems
Create an automated workflow system that is step and task based.
Assign tasks to relevant parties for each step of production
Align with Legal and Building Permits\Cities
Team Management:
Centralized Calendaring for the sales agents, trades and team.
Sales Agents: (Not employees but independent sales people (no license)
Manage their calendars and appointments for our clients
Can input their leads
Monitor progress
Calculate their commissions
Interface with accounting to create their payments at each milestone of production
Customer Portal: (No license)
To give access to a client to watch progress
Make milestone payments
Liaise with Customer service
Makes notes on file using WhatsApp\Email
Trade monitoring: Not employees but 3rd party contractors (No license)
As our trades go to site they should be able to provide updates using apps and pictures for the client to see.
Google Sheets
Embed Google Sheets which has our materials list and other pertinent information
Legals
The CRM can house a scanned or PDF copy of our contracts with our clients and our trades, sales agents and other suppliers
