The individual who originally configured the system is no longer working with us, and we need these fixes completed quickly so we can begin onboarding customers without delays.
Project Scope:
Review and troubleshoot the current Zoho CRM Plus setup.
Resolve workflow issues between Zoho CRM, Desk, and other integrations.
Ensure smooth operation of the system post-fixes.
Requirements:
