We are Wartens, an Industrial Automation Training company, seeking a skilled Zoho CRM expert to configure and integrate Zoho CRM for our business. We need assistance in setting up the CRM to streamline various processes including:
Sales and Marketing automation
Call follow-ups and tracking
Admission procedures management
Student management (from enrollment to completion)
Alumni management and engagement
The goal is to improve our workflow, enhance the student experience, and optimize our internal operations. If you have experience working with educational institutions or training companies, that would be a plus!
Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho CRM setup and customization
Familiarity with sales, marketing, and student management workflows
Ability to automate tasks and create detailed reports
