Zoho CRM & QB API Customization

I run my daily operations on Zoho CRM and would like the entire environment to feel seamless, branded, and tightly connected to QuickBooks Online.

Here’s what has to happen:
• Interface refresh – create the custom modules we’re missing and apply a theme that matches our branding across every user screen.
• Workflow automation – map the repetitive steps my team still performs by hand and replace them with rules, blueprints, and functions so the system moves deals forward automatically.
• Reports & dashboards – build clear, role-based views that show pipeline health, campaign performance, and service metrics in real time.
• QuickBooks Online link – develop a secure API connection that syncs contacts, invoices, and payments both ways without manual export/import.
• Integrated Zoho services – configure any advanced built-ins (Analytics, Campaigns, etc.) that will make the above run smoother.

Acceptance is straightforward: everything must be live inside my production Zoho account, exchange data accurately with QuickBooks Online, and include concise documentation so my staff can maintain it. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s talk schedule and milestones.
