Job Summary:
XcellHost Cloud Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Zoho Business Analyst with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing Zoho-based solutions, and supporting cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments.
• Design and implement solutions using Zoho apps like CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, and others.
• Create workflows, automation, custom modules, dashboards, and reports.
• Write Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance functionality within Zoho.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and prepare documentation.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party tools via Zoho Flow or APIs.
• Monitor system usage and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Required Skills:
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, and Books.
• Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations.
• Good understanding of business process mapping and automation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Zoho Certifications (CRM, Creator, or Books).
• Experience with cloud SaaS tools and business process automation.
• Familiarity with project management tools and IT workflows.
