Modules partially setup are Zoho CRM and Inventory.
PRIORITY: Setup Zoho Books and inventory, then CRM for managing sales, leads, quoting, etc
10 employees have Zoho One user accounts
Office 365 for email and Office apps – not integrated into Zoho
Using WorkDrive to manage files
Want to integrate WorkDrinve into CRM and be able to view and mange files within CRM
Would like to use Zoho Sign with quotes to have customers sign them electronically

Propose an estimate for Zoho One access to review current system configuration, and create a draft of workflows processes and objectives.
Phase 2
Propose an estimate to document processes and workflows to configure Zoho Books and Inventory management
Phase 3
Propose a quote to setup their Zoho Books and Inventory modules based on the above findings
