ZOHO INTIGRATION WITH EXISTING WORPRESS/WOOCOMMERCE SITE

We have ZOHOONE subscription and apart from books are looking to start using zoho apps across the business. Below is the project brief. You will need to be a ZOHO expert who can demonstrate similar implementations.
Timeline is important so please review in detail and bid accordingly.
1. All services- company name registration (CNR), Business Name Registration (BNR), Business Name Renewal (BNRN), ABN Registration (ABNR) and Company Changes (CNC) are build on Elementor forms on a WP website. As soon as the customer agrees to proceed, we currently capture the details in MailChimp and start send email marketing. They also get an account setup automatically and an email sent to them with the password
We want to start using ZOHO for automated email’s for the above->account setup with password and the automated emails for follow up. The automated emails have a criterial to check if an order is placed and if YES they do not go out, we sent them a different newsletter instead to build further confidence
[Unique customer ID across all platforms. This should be CRM customer ID. Woocommerce will be updated with this ID. We should also update XERO with this ID]
2. Currently there is no SMS marketing. I want to link my twillio account with ZOHO and complement the email marketing with SMS campaigns
3. Services CNR and BNR must be renewed. CNR annually and BNR annually or once in three years. We have a system in which the renewals dates are captured in WP-Admin and also our Mysql database. We want to send out a reminder email chain starting a month before renewal date with the link to pay auto-filled with all their data
4. Order confirmation emails (not invoice) that go from WooCommerce I want them to go from ZOHO so I can track open rates etc.
5. Link WooCommerce product master with ZOHO CRM product time real time. Cron job, sync
6. Implement SalesIQ with best practices
7. Implement ticketing/inbox management. Share email addresses with the team- 3 email ID’s
8. Blueprint to be linked for leads/incoming calls clusure
9. Implement ZOHO apps, with best practices, that you think will add value to my business. I have Social Media, flow, Ringcentral, subscriptions already linked
