Vet Clinic management software

I need to create a cloud-based Veterinary Clinic management platform.
We currently use cloud software but we face issues with the support team plus the software is not customizable to our needs so we need to create our own.

Prefer to be built on a current platform like Zoho or wordpress and linked to Twilio for whatsapp appointment reminders and after visit surveys.. plus linked to accounting software (Zoho or Quickbooks) online to post the invoices (including VAT) .. and sync with IDEXX lab software (veterinary Cloud laboratory for blood tests with open API)

- Schedule page include appointments linked to animal & Pet owner profile
- Clients list lead to the client (pet owner profile) each one can have an unlimited number of Pets
- Pets profile include the vaccination reminder, medical record and ability to add patient vitals and visit notes
- Billing include the list of payments and credits
- Reports page list all possible reports and end of the day amounts

Full pages design and samples will be provided as a guide from current software.
