Setup Category/Sub catgeory Structure for all of our users in Zoho CRM - 3 - 4 hours job - Must now ZOHO set up well !

Setup multilevel folder/or dir structure in Zoho CRM
Tasks:
1. we will get our trial account with Zoho CRM
2. you would need to create our main menu for our business so every user who login to our system company
will see the file structure
you can see the structure we want in the text file attached W URl
using your knowledge of zoho you will need to set up the folder / dir structure with 2 level menu
some options has 3 level ! see it under money transfer cat/GPI sub category
3. after you create the structure , we want you to uplooad 1 folder w multiple files that will represent a transaction in the right category/sub category you created at # 2
you just take need to create that in 5 categories with their sub categories so we can see actual transaction folders w documents under our structure
you grab the transaction name and its associated documents from the URL we will give you attached
Just grab text , and body text and attachments and add it to a transaction folder
The transaction folder name can be also the name of the transaction
