Reconnect Zoho Mail to Hostinger
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
My Zoho Mail account was working perfectly with my Hostinger-hosted domain, but after a recent DNS change the link broke and messages have stopped flowing. I need an experienced Zoho Mail and Hostinger user to jump in, reconnect everything, and make sure mail is reliably sending and receiving again.
Scope of work
• Update Hostinger DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and all must show green) so the domain points back to Zoho.
• Verify the connection on both the Zoho Admin Console and Hostinger dashboard.
• Configure the built-in spam filters, set up one catch-all forward plus a couple of specific forwarding rules, and create simple autoresponders I can edit later.
• Run live tests to confirm delivery, spam scores, and DMARC alignment.
• Provide a quick summary of what was changed so I can replicate it in the future. Also we Don't want to recieve daily DMARC REPORTS
Notes
• No mailbox migration is required—there are no existing messages to move.
• All email addresses already exist in Zoho; you won’t be creating new accounts.
If you’ve done this before with Zoho and Hostinger, it should be a straightforward task. I’m ready to hand over DNS access as soon as we agree on the details.
we dont know why it shows on hostinger that the domain is connected to the hostinger webmail. we never used or created this hostinger email
