2. Calculate our regular expenses fetch the data from the account [PayPal and bank account]
3. Calculate our income as well fetch the data from our bank account and PayPal
4. Generate profit and loss statement
5. Calculate commission for Salespersons
6. Generate each month's Total income and total expense as well
7. Need to calculate each month's sales
8. Calculate each month's buys as well
B. Inventory
• Need to calculate our stocks, how many machines, batteries, Chargers & carry case
• Need the option to enter our daily buys stocks
• Need alert when the item is below 5 quantities [Low stock alert]
• All item statistics should be displayed on the inventory dashboard
• Weekly reminder for low stocks items until it purchased.
• Inventory items should be connected & auto synchronized with the Shopify website if the stock is updated it will automatically update the Shopify website items stock as well.
C. CRM
Need to fetch the Order data automatically from the Google sheet on a daily basis
There should a section for customers where all details will be there
We need options to send newsletters to our all customers
Also need to select a particular data from our total customer database and able to send the newsletter to those respective customers as well. [Like old customer and new customer can be determined from the order date]
Need to integrate Ring Central as we can get notifications for missed calls & voice mail until they attend
Calls can be assigned to a particular sales representative and it should be reflected in the call history who is dealing with what customers
We would need automated texts and emails to our new buys and sales leads which should be followed up automatically by our predefined text in a certain time interval.
