Integration with zoho Invoice

John Zakariah Technologies is a technology company with multiple digital assets. The company is powered by a group of passionate software developers who are trying to make an impact with the use of technology.
Our current project is https://nerchapetti.com, which is a crowd-funding website. The site is developed on the MERN stack, and there is an admin panel for the in-house Campaign Administrator to create a web page for each campaign. Feature Title: Automatic Billing and Invoicing

Feature Description:
1. The project has two packages – the BASIC package and the PREMIUM package for different types of customers.
2. We need to send monthly invoices to our customers, automatically.
3. A copy of the invoices sent to our customers must be available as a report in our dashboard, for view, print, and export.
4. The internal customer database would require to be integrated with the customer database of the invoicing tool that is used – with respect to addition/deletion/modification of customer data.
5. Since the business operations are based in India, the invoices generated must be in the format prescribed by the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India.
6. Incorporate industry good-practices for invoicing, such as below

7. GST integration is required to be enabled, so that input tax and output tax may be automatically computed and reported.
8. A new role would be required to be created within the Admin panel for the Finance team to view, download the invoice reports from the admin panel.
9. Finance team would not have access to the Invoice tool (i.e. Zoho Invoice), but only to the admin panel.
What are we looking for in you?
1. Demonstrated technical expertise and prior work experience in deploying one or more the Billing and Invoicing products as listed here - https://www.softwaresuggest.com/blog/best-billing-invoicing-apps/#
2. Strong working experience in MongoDB and the MERN stack.
3. Proficient in good practices such as SOLID principles, DRY principles, Clean Coding etc.
4. Individual freelancers preferred
5. Daily updates to be provided to the Feature Owner, along with necessary knowledge transfer
6. Willingness to provide support post-implementation
7. Prepare necessary documentation and/or support preparation of necessary documentations, as suggested by the Feature Owner.
Note:
1. Payment will be processed only after sign-off by the feature owner and third-party supplier management coordinator
2. The selected candidate would be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, an Intellectual Property Infringement Agreement, and a Non-Compete Agreement.
