Phase 1:
Integration and Automation of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
● Objective:
Establish robust integration between Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
for streamlined financial management.
● Tasks:
1- Chart of Accounts Mapping: Link the chart of accounts in Zoho Books to
corresponding inventory items in Zoho Inventory for accurate expense and
income tracking.
2- Automation of Sales Invoice Processing: Develop workflows (using
Zoho Flow) to automatically record sales invoice details:
2.1- Delivery service costs based on chosen service (integrate shipping
carrier accounts if applicable)
2.2- Payment processing fees associated with different platforms
(integrate payment gateway accounts)
3- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing to ensure accurate
data transfer and successful automation.
