I run a small financial-insurance practice and need a reliable partner to keep our insurance applications flowing smoothly. Your two core responsibilities will be:
• Preparing and submitting annuity insurance applications —gathering data from clients, pre-filling forms, chasing signatures, and monitoring carrier portals until each policy is issued. Accuracy and deadline discipline are critical here.
• Keeping my Zoho CRM spotless—entering every prospect and policy detail, updating stages, tagging campaign responses, and generating quick reports for follow-ups and compliance reviews.
Experience with life, disability, long-term care and annuity products is certainly helpful.If you also enjoy coordinating webinars or in-person seminars, let me know; I often have overflow tasks there and would welcome the extra support.
We’ll collaborate closely by email, Zoom, and shared cloud folders, so clear communication and a knack for staying organized are essential. If you’ve handled annuity paperwork and lived inside Zoho before, I’d love to hear how you can streamline my workflow.
