Full Zoho One Customised Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My Zoho One subscription is active and I now want it configured so every app works the way my business actually runs. The work centres on two areas: first-time setup and configuration across the suite, then tailoring each application so screens, fields, workflows and reports match our day-to-day process.
Scope
• Activate and configure core apps—CRM, Projects, Desk and any other Zoho One services that prove useful during discovery.
• Map existing processes, translate them into custom modules, fields, workflow rules, Blueprints and automation (Deluge or native tools).
• Build role-based dashboards and reports so the team can see the right data at a glance.
• Set up user profiles, permissions and security policies.
• Provide short walkthroughs or loom-style videos so staff know how to use the new layouts.
Acceptance Criteria
1. Each configured app runs without errors in our live account.
2. Standard workflows trigger automatically and mirror the documented process flows we sign off.
3. Sample data and test users confirm permissions and dashboards display correctly.
4. Handover pack (configuration notes + how-to videos) is delivered.
All configuration and customisation must be completed inside our Zoho One environment—no external tools unless discussed and approved. Access will be granted through an admin role once we agree on the plan and timeline.
