Fix Zoho CRM Trigger issues (redesign)

My email automation is not working as I want it to in Zoho CRM.

I have 3 different customer types. Each needs a different customer journey. I want these customer journeys set up properly and the email automation initated for existing contacts and new contacts which are time based.

Each customer journey is approximately 12 emails (I have the templates set up and added tot he CRM already for one. The other 2 cutomer journeys need setting up but I have the text).

I also want it linked properly to my Meta ads so the contact details are added.
