Configure Zoho People Modules
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m rolling out Zoho People from a blank slate and need the environment configured so our HR processes work smoothly from day one.
Core scope
• Employee Management must be set up with the right fields, approvals, and roles so staff records are complete and secure.
• Time & Attendance and Leave Tracking are the first priorities: policies, accrual rules, holiday calendars, and automated reminders all need to be live and tested.
• Once the basics run reliably, extend the setup to cover Penalties and simple Performance tracking so managers can record infractions and conduct reviews without extra spreadsheets.
What I’ll provide
– Account access with admin rights
– Existing policy documents and sample data
Acceptance criteria
1. Each module listed above is active, branded, and ready for users.
2. Test users can clock in/out, request leave, and trigger the correct approval flows.
3. Summary reports for hours worked, leave balances, penalties, and performance evaluations export cleanly to Excel.
Please keep the configuration as close to standard Zoho settings as possible, adding custom functions only when the native options can’t cover a requirement.
