Complete Zoho One Roll-out

I am rolling out the entire Zoho One suite across the business with the single aim of streamlining every operational touch-point. This means configuring and knitting together all core apps—CRM, Books, Projects and every other module in the bundle—so data flows cleanly and teams stop jumping between disconnected tools.

Scope of work
• Map current processes company-wide and translate them into Zoho One architecture.
• Configure each application, create custom fields, workflows, blueprints and automations that shorten approval cycles, reduce manual entry and surface real-time insights.
• Migrate historical data safely, maintaining relationships between sales, finance and project records.
• Integrate third-party services as needed via Zoho Flow or APIs to keep our stack unified.
• Produce concise documentation and run hand-off sessions so staff can navigate the new environment confidently.
• Provide ongoing administration, optimisation and user support after go-live.

Acceptance criteria
1. A single sign-on Zoho One environment with CRM, Books, Projects and other required apps fully configured.
2. End-to-end business processes—sales, accounting, project management, support—executed inside Zoho without manual work-arounds.
3. Dashboards confirming data consistency across modules and demonstrating measurable time savings.
4. Key users trained and able to perform daily tasks unaided.
