Automated Reporting Functions Development
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to lead the deployment, integration, and customisation of the Zoho One suite across multiple departments. This role requires a strong grasp of complex business processes in a B2B environment, the ability to translate those workflows into scalable Zoho solutions, and the technical expertise to create sophisticated automations, functions, and custom interfaces.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and management to design a seamless digital ecosystem that enhances visibility, automation, and performance across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of the Zoho One suite, including CRM, Creator, Flow, Books, Projects, Desk, and related applications.
- Map and analyse multi-departmental workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and process improvement.
- Develop and deploy complex Deluge custom functions to automate business logic and integrate data across modules and applications.
- Design and build Canvas layouts to create user-friendly, visually engaging module
interfaces tailored to each team’s workflow.
- Configure and customise modules, blueprints, and workflows within Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps to align with business processes.
- Integrate Zoho applications with external systems via APIs, webhooks, or Zoho Flow, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
- Maintain data integrity through validation rules, dependency logic, and automated data management.
- Collaborate with department leads (Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Document all customisations, workflows, and functions to ensure maintainability and transparency.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users, ensuring smooth adoption and effective system use.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience deploying and managing Zoho One environments in a multi-departmental and/or B2B organisation.
- Advanced proficiency with Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, Canvas, Workflows, Blueprints, and Custom Functions.
- Strong understanding of complex business processes, inter-departmental dependencies, and workflow design.
- Experience building custom integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms using APIs or Zoho Flow.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, and optimise automations and integrations for performance and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills — able to engage with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, scalable, and well-documented development.
Desirable:
- Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Books.
- Familiarity with OAuth authentication, webhooks, and RESTful API development.
- Background in process improvement, system integration, or business analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or other complementary scripting languages.
