Automated Applicant Scoring and Profile Management in Zoho Recruit Using AI and Workflow Automation

We are seeking an experienced automation specialist to build a seamless process within Zoho Recruit using Make, Zapier, OpenAI API, or other suitable tools.
Objective:
To automate the following workflow within Zoho Recruit:
Applicant Applies to a Job: When an applicant submits an application, their resume is retrieved.
Resume Analysis and Scoring: The resume is analyzed and compared against the job requirements using AI/ML to generate a suitability score.
Score Integration: The calculated score is automatically added to the applicant's profile in Zoho Recruit.
Profile Status Update: Based on the score and other criteria, the applicant’s profile status is automatically updated.
Key Requirements:
The solution must fully integrate with Zoho Recruit.
The automation should trigger upon job application submission.
The process should support AI-based resume analysis (using OpenAI API or equivalent) to assess the match between the candidate and the job requirements.
The final score should be stored in a designated field in Zoho Recruit.
The profile status should update automatically based on predefined rules or score thresholds.
