Auto Quotation Creation in Zoho Books through online form submission

Hi, I'm looking for someone that can integrate Zoho Books with a form builder like Cognito Forms or something similar.
We sell generators and I want a client to be able to complete the form with his individual and company information, this should automatically be pulled into Zoho Books and a customer profile must be created.
The client must then be able to further complete the form with his requirements for the generator, all the options in the forms must be connected to items in Zoho Books, this means when the client has completed the form and submitted it. A quote must automatically be drafted in Zoho Books with their selected items on the quote. This quote must not be sent, it should only be drafted for manual review.
No chancers, Only individuals who have knowledge of such a project and who are confident that this can easily be done.
