The main goal is to ensure that no architectural service fee is collected before the Client Architect Agreement (CAA) is reviewed and signed by both the customer and the consulting architect.

The workflow you want includes:

Booking through Squarespace + Acuity
Collection of only the booking confirmation/platform fee initially
Automated generation of personalized agreements
7-business-day agreement review process (with optional early signing)
E-signature workflow through Zoho Sign
Final invoice/payment collection only after both signatures
Automated confirmations, reminders, compliance checks, and 10-year document retention

You also want the entire system connected mainly through the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Flow, CRM/Creator, Sign, Invoice) with Stripe, Acuity, and Squarespace integrations while keeping manual work to a minimum.
