App on Zoho One (Creator, CRM and Subscriptions)

I am in the process of starting a new company and searching for a developer to join the team. The application consists of the following:
1) Portal/Website where customers will log in and subscribe to services. Active subscriptions (and non-subscribed products) will need to be pull from Subscriptions via API and displayed.
2) Customer information should be stored in CRM and subscription information stored in Subscriptions.
3) When new "deals" are entered into CRM, I need them to display on the customers portal so they can be a one-time purchase (I believe Subscriptions has the ability to process these one-time add-ons).
This site will need to be built overtime, but the above is the minimum sellable product I need build.
