Airtable to Zoho One Migration

I need my existing Airtable workspace—currently running all of our project-level information—fully rebuilt inside Zoho One right away. Every view, field, and automation that keeps our team moving must follow us across so that nothing changes for users except the platform.

Core elements to replicate
• Data organisation and management: tables, linked records, filtered views, and reports must translate cleanly into Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM modules.
• Collaboration and sharing: team comments, attachments, and role-based permissions should feel seamless in Zoho’s environment.
• Automated workflows: triggers that now send emails, update statuses, or create tasks in Airtable need equivalent logic through Zoho Flow, Blueprint, or Deluge scripts.

Primary data set
All migrations centre on project details—timelines, tasks, milestones, and related contacts—so the structure you build should reflect standard project-management best practices while keeping our custom fields intact.

Required outcome
1. Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM configured to mirror today’s Airtable schema.
2. Historical records imported without loss or corruption.
3. Active automations rebuilt and live-tested with my team.
4. A brief hand-off document or video so we can maintain workflows ourselves.
