Accounting Support – YNAB & Zoho Books | 24-Hour Project
Job Description:
Looking for a part-time accountant to help with structured expense reconciliation and categorisation using YNAB, followed by full setup and bookkeeping in Zoho Books.
This is a 24-hour project. Payment will be made based on actual hours worked, tracked via Freelancer.
Responsibilities:
Review expense screenshots from Google Drive
Convert data into a YNAB-friendly CSV:
Date, Payee, Category, Memo, Outflow, Inflow
Import transactions into YNAB using existing categories
Flag unclear entries for review
Share categorised summaries and expense reports
Later: Set up everything in Zoho Books, including:
Chart of accounts
Categories
Vendor profiles
Historical entries
Ongoing bookkeeping
Requirements:
Experience with YNAB or willingness to learn quickly
Strong command of Zoho Books setup and operations
Attention to detail and structured workflow
Reliable communication and timely updates
Payment Terms:
