I run a multi-platform quick-commerce operation that sells through Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit and Zepto, and every rupee flows through Zoho Books. I’m looking for an accountant who already knows these platforms inside out and can keep my books perfectly reconciled.

Your core focus will be day-to-day bookkeeping and end-to-end accounting for all quick-commerce channels. You’ll be importing settlements, mapping fees, promos and deductions, matching them to bank feeds, tracking inventory movements and keeping GST/TCS/TDS entries accurate. By month-end I expect a clean Zoho file plus management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow) that I can act on immediately.

Experience with Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit and Zepto is essential; familiarity with other fast-growing platforms is welcome because we onboard new channels often. If you’ve already automated this workflow inside Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory, tell me how you did it—I value speed and accuracy equally.

Deliverables
• Weekly-updated, fully reconciled Zoho Books ledger
• Month-end financial pack (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow) delivered by the 5th working day
• GST summary showing input/output reconciliation, ready for filing
