Deliverables:

1. Create pop up on Shopify store to capture customer/visitor contact information
2. Connect Shopify website to Zoho so customer contact forms and email subscribers are created as contacts in Zoho
3. Create automation: When a new enquiry comes through where the customer has expressed interest in purchasing a new bike it will create a new deal within the CRM (they have an option to click ‘I am interested in buying a bike’ button on the facebook ad). 
4. Create automation: If the contact already exists it will still create a new deal 
5. Create automation: when new deal is created it will create a new task for the team member to call contact within 2 days
6. Create automation: when new deal is created it will send sms to contact to inform them the salesman will call soon to discuss the bikes
7. Create automation: if salesman logs a connected call it sends email
8. Create automation: if salesman logs an unsuccessful call it send sms
9. Create automation: if salesman logs unsuccessful call it schedules followup call/task 2 days later
10. Create automation: if salesman logs second unsuccessful call it sends email
11. Create automation: set up drip campaign through soho campaign where all contacts are added to a mailing list and automatically sent a series of marketing emails over a set period of time.
12. Two way chat with the contact using SMS, facebook chat, instagram and whatsapp. Chat log is then logged on the contact profile or deal page.
13. Integrate all apps needed to set up deliverables
