Looking for an English-speaking expert who can help with the set-up of Zoho One. Must be able to have team meetings/conferences and not just chat.
Must understand:
1. Sales IQ be able to set up the chat in this and advise on scoring for our organisation.
2. Set u the CRM so that the fields are useful nd bespoke to us and be able to import data and create a mailing/ campaign list last the same time
3. Understand and be able to create Webhook and create then across 5 different websites and automate the data into the CRM and campaign lists
4. Understand the Add ons in Zoho store and advise what we will need and don't require
5. Create email templates for bespoke emails
6. Show me how to create a place for demo presentation that can be downloaded and recorded as part of a nurture programme
7. Create a logical deals pipeline that has a view on the current FY and not every deal ever
8. Create a master project plan and show me how to replicate the project to use in other projects
9. Create a utilisation plan for our consultants using Projects.
