Zoho Sync Issue URGENT JOB - auto bids not accepted

Hello.
I have a problem whereby when I create an account in Zoho CRM, all of the date does not sync into Zoho Books.
My other problem is that when I create the Customer in Zoho Books, it does not sync properly to Zoho CRM. What happens is that the Customer does sync to the CRM, however, it assigns the incorrect owner of the customer. Causing me to manually change it to the correct person.
I have made a video to demonstrate this problem. It is 9 minutes long, please watch it entirely before bidding.
