Zoho Sign-CRM Integration Workflow
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a custom module in Zoho CRM called “Investment via SPV” and I want every record in that module to move through an automated signature flow in Zoho Sign. The flow needs to:
• automatically send the correct document that pulls data from the custom module to the contact for signature when a flag is manually updated in the record,
• detect when the document is signed and pull the completed PDF and audit trail back from Zoho Sign, and
• immediately change the record status inside the “Investment via SPV” module to reflect the new signing state (instead of adding comments or creating activities).
Storing the signed files elsewhere is optional for a later phase; the priority is sending, receiving, and status updates.
I’m happy for you to use Deluge, Zoho Sign APIs, or Zoho Flow—whichever is quickest and most stable—so long as the solution is fully embedded in my Zoho One environment and doesn’t break on future updates.
Deliverables
• Working integration code with clear inline comments
• A short Loom or written walkthrough showing how the automation was set up and how to change document templates in the future
• Testing proof that a record moves from draft through signed with the status updating correctly in the CRM module
