Job Summary:
XcellHost Cloud Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Zoho Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of Zoho applications across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, in-depth experience with Zoho products, and the ability to coordinate between technical and business teams for seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end implementation of Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, and more.
• Gather and document business requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, developers, and business users to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Manage multiple Zoho-related projects simultaneously with clear milestones and deadlines.
• Conduct user training, UAT, and system handover.
• Oversee post-implementation support and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure data security, user access controls, and best practices within Zoho platforms.

Required Skills:
• 4 to 6 years of experience in managing Zoho projects or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho suite: CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, and Flow.
• Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting and Zoho API integration.
• Excellent project management and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, or equivalent PM tools.
• Strong documentation, communication, and client-facing abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Zoho Certifications (Project Management, CRM, Creator, or Admin).
• Background in IT/Cloud/SaaS domain preferred.
• PMP/Agile certification is a plus.
