Zoho Profit Insights Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM and Zoho Books consultant to help us implement accurate profit and margin tracking on Estimates, using Zoho Books as the financial source of truth, with Estimates created in Zoho CRM and synced to Zoho Books.
Our setup:
• Estimates are created in Zoho CRM
• Zoho CRM is integrated with Zoho Books
• Products and cost pricing are maintained in Zoho Books
• Margin calculations are currently done in an external spreadsheet, which we want to eliminate
What we need implemented:
• Ensure cost price is sourced from Zoho Books Products
• Automatic calculation of:
• Profit per line item (internal only)
• Total profit and margin per estimate (internal only)
• Profit and margin must not appear on customer-facing Estimate PDFs
• Margin visibility required internally in CRM (read-only for sales users)
• Alignment between CRM Estimates and Books Estimates so numbers always match
• Guidance on best practice for discounts and low-margin approvals
Key requirements:
• Proven experience with Zoho CRM ↔ Zoho Books integrations
• Strong understanding of margin and cost calculations
• Preference for native Zoho functionality over unnecessary custom builds
• Ability to document the setup and explain it clearly
Outcome we are aiming for:
A simple, robust solution that removes spreadsheets, reduces admin overhead, and gives management clear margin visibility before Estimates are sent to customers.
