- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll laws, and compliance (especially for Vietnam).
- Experience with Deluge scripting and Zoho custom functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
