Zoho One Workflow Automation Expert

I'm seeking an experienced programmer to work on multiple Zoho One applications, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk. The project involves several small tasks within Zoho CRM, including customizing modules and fields, automating workflows, and integrating with other systems.

Prefer someone Zoho certified

Prefer someone in approx GMT +8 but not essential for the right person
For the right person can provide ongoing small jobs

Must understand sales and be able to assist in designing the complete functionality of our Zoho system.

- We are a strata/property and facilities management business

Key Requirements:
- Customize modules such as Leads, Contacts, Deals, and general forms in Zoho CRM
- Contractor and supplier inductions/onboarding forms
- Automate workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Integrate Zoho CRM with other systems for seamless operations
- Work on Zoho Books and Zoho Desk as needed

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Zoho One applications, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk
- Strong skills in customizing CRM modules and fields
- Expertise in workflow automation within Zoho CRM
- Ability to integrate Zoho applications with external systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
