Zoho One Expert Needed (CRM + FSM + Books Setup, Integration & Training)

Description:
We are Budget Home Technical Services LLC, a Dubai-based home maintenance & fit-out company.
We need a Zoho One professional to fully set up and integrate our company system, including Zoho CRM, Zoho FSM, Zoho Books, and any other relevant Zoho apps for smooth workflow automation and scalability.

Scope:

Initial consultation to analyze operations and identify needed modules

Setup, customization, and integration of CRM, FSM, and Books

Automation between departments (lead → job → invoice → report)

Dashboards, roles, and user permissions setup

Staff training (remote) and post-setup support

Requirements:

Proven Zoho One implementation experience

Strong knowledge of CRM, FSM, and Books

Ability to design automated workflows and reports

Excellent communication & training skills

Budget:
Negotiable — based on scope and experience.
Timeline: approx. 4–8 weeks.
