We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Zoho One implementation specialist, consultant or agency to lead the full architecture, deployment, automation, optimisation and ongoing management of Zoho One across two related UK businesses:

1. A fragrance distribution and e-commerce operation selling across:

* Amazon FBA / FBM
* eBay
* Direct-to-consumer website
* Wholesale / B2B channels

2. A UK legal advisory and consultancy business operating a modern, technology-led client onboarding and consultancy model.

This is NOT a basic CRM setup project.

We require an expert-level Zoho One professional capable of designing and implementing a fully integrated, AI-assisted and highly automated business operating ecosystem from inception through to deployment, training, optimisation and ongoing management.

The successful applicant must have deep practical experience implementing large-scale Zoho One environments and understand operational workflows, automation logic, CRM optimisation, finance integrations, customer journeys, reporting architecture and advanced process automation.

The objective is to significantly reduce manual administration, centralise operations, improve customer acquisition and retention, streamline onboarding, automate internal workflows and create a scalable infrastructure capable of supporting rapid business growth.
