Zoho One Implementation Specialist

I’m rolling out Zoho One and now need an expert hand to stitch everything together so our sales, projects, and feedback loops run as one seamless system.

The immediate focus is Zoho CRM. I already know the data points we track, so I’ll provide a field / module map; you’ll translate that into custom fields, custom modules, and automated workflows (Blueprint where it makes sense). From there, I want dashboards and scheduled reports that give my team real-time insight without manual exports.

Next comes the wider ecosystem:

• Zoho Projects must sync key milestones, task owners, and status updates back to CRM so everyone sees a single source of truth.
• Zoho Forms and Zoho Survey responses should create or update the right records automatically.
• Zoho Flow will be our hub for these connections and any light-weight links to outside tools (for example, Google Workspace or Slack).

Deliverables
1. Configured Zoho CRM with agreed custom fields, modules, workflows, and dashboards in place.
2. Live integrations—via Zoho Flow—between CRM, Projects, Forms, and Survey, plus at least one external app we choose together.
3. Two reusable Zoho Projects templates that demonstrate flawless data sync to CRM.
4. A brief hand-over document or Loom walkthrough showing how to adjust fields, reports, and automations.

Acceptance criteria: no duplicate records, automations fire reliably, dashboards load without errors, and my team can replicate simple changes using your documentation.
