I'm looking for an experienced Zoho One specialist to help deploy Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Projects. The main focus of this deployment is to enhance our sales and support ticket management capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Setup and configuration of Zoho CRM with a focus on:
- Lead and contact management
- Pipeline management
- Reporting and analytics
- Integration of Zoho Books and Zoho Projects to streamline our financial and project management processes.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Zoho One deployment
- In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM, especially in sales management features
- Familiarity with Zoho Books and Zoho Projects
