I am seeking an experienced freelancer to assist with automating workflows and creating custom modules within Zoho One, specifically focusing on Zoho CRM, Zoho Sign, and Zoho Flow. My goal is to enhance efficiency and streamline processes through effective use of Zoho's capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Automate workflows within Zoho CRM, particularly involving custom modules.

Description:
We’re a small NZ business using Zoho One/CRM and need a turnkey solution to generate, attach, and email our standardized PDF form from a single Account button. No external middleware — everything built in Zoho CRM with Deluge.
Scope of Work:
Custom Button
Add a “Generate CRF Form” button on the Account detail screen.
Deluge Function
Accepts the Account ID, loads the Account record and all related subform records (Farms, Runoff Blocks, Fuel Storage, Road Vehicles, Ride-Ons, Handheld Equipment, Fuel Supplier Accounts).
Applies “postal ≡ physical” address logic when checkbox is ticked.
Maps every field to its PDF counterpart using our API-name ↔ PDF-field mapping sheet.
Calls Zoho’s native PDF-fill capability (no third-party required).
Attachment & Email
Attaches the filled PDF back to the same Account record.
Sends an email to the Account’s primary contact with a preset subject line (“Your NZTA CRF Form for [Quarter]”) and the PDF attached.
Logging & Error Handling
Write clear info logs in the Deluge script for success/failure.
Throw user-friendly alerts if required data is missing or mapping fails.
