Zoho CRM workflow upgrade and all zoho related API Integration and SIG Broker Management System API Integration for Insurance Brokerage

We are a newly established insurance brokerage based in Mississauga, Canada. Our organization uses the Vertafore SIG Broker Management System (BMS) for managing operations and Zoho CRM for client data and workflow automation.

We have recently acquired access to select APIs from the SIG BMS and are looking to integrate them with Zoho CRM to improve data accessibility and streamline operations.
Additionally, we are keen to explore the full potential of Zoho One applications to automate business processes and enhance productivity across our brokerage.

Scope of Work:

API Integration
Integrate SIG BMS APIs with Zoho CRM to enable secure, bi-directional data synchronization (e.g., customer data, policy details, billing transactions)
Ensure robust error handling and data validation throughout the integration
Zoho CRM & Zoho One Customization
Customize Zoho CRM to accommodate insurance-specific workflows
Build custom modules or dashboards for internal use
Implement automation using Zoho Flow, Creator, Desk, Books, etc.
Operational Automation
Recommend and implement automation workflows for sales, service, documentation, and compliance processes
Optimize communication between CRM, BMS, and internal teams
Documentation & Support
Provide clear technical documentation for the integration and workflows
Offer training sessions for staff if needed

Optional: Provide ongoing support and maintenance services

Requirements:

Strong experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One applications
Expertise in REST API integration and cloud-based systems
Prior experience working with insurance systems or BMS platforms (preferred)
Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly and work collaboratively

Legal Requirement:
